He's several years younger than I am, but has more gray hair and acts a lot older. He's also more sociable and better educated (for real). His kids will tell you he's a great dad, and they're right.

Rich has worked for a bank, a university, a software company, a telephone company, and a fast food chain (not necessarily in that order.)

When you invite him to speak, your audience will appreciate his warmth, preparation, and experience. He's smooth and unflappable (except when he's hungry.) He ought to be though, because he has delivered enough keynotes to earn the coveted Certified Speaking Professional Designation. In short, you'll find him a joy to work with (as I do,) because he'll leave no stone unturned in the quest to make you look great.

He's older, wiser, wider, and funnier than I am (when he's not being cranky.) Don't let the open collar look you see in some of his pictures fool you. Even his kids and favorite fishing guide will tell you he can be a little, uh... intense.
Bill has one of those goldplated resumes. He doesn't mention it much because he tends to be modest, but the guy has done some really neat things professionally. Does the name FedEx ring a bell?

When you invite him to speak, fasten your seat belts. One minute he'll be regaling you with some really interesting or funny episode, and the next, he's in your face armed with enough facts and intensity to make you sit up and take notice. His self-deprecating humor makes him a joy to listen to, work with, and to learn from.
